If you are our hotel guest, we do not require a prepayment, in case of no-show the experience amount will be charged.

If you are not our guest, we require a prepayment of the full amount and in case of cancellation or no show our policy is as follows:

• 50% refundable up to 48hours prior the booking, 

• fully refundable up to 72hours prior to the booking.

• In case of no show or cancellation 24hours prior of the reservation, the entire fare will be charged.
