Celebrate Easter at Four Seasons Hotel Milano with a selection of special creations inspired by Italian tradition and seasonal flavours.

Our Easter Special Pastiera - Now Available by the slice or for pick up

Executive Pastry Chef Stefano Trovisi presents his interpretation of the traditional Pastiera, one of the most symbolic desserts of Easter from the Campania region.

Prepared with carefully selected ingredients, the Pastiera features Senatore Cappelli wheat, DOP buffalo ricotta, Tahitian vanilla, orange blossom, and candied Navel orange, creating a fragrant dessert with a balanced sweetness and rich texture.

Starting March 7th the Pastiera will be served at both Zelo Restaurant and Stilla Bar on an elegant trolley and sliced directly at the table, transforming dessert into a convivial experience.

Chocolate Egg - Easter Lunch Only

Another highlight of the celebration is the signature Easter Chocolate Egg.

Made with Valrhona Sioka 56% milk chocolate from Ivory Coast and filled with Piedmont IGP hazelnut praline and whole roasted hazelnuts, the egg offers a perfect balance of creaminess, crunch, and intense chocolate flavour.

In addition to the regular menu, Chef Fabrizio Borraccino presents a selection of seasonal dishes created to celebrate this special tradition:

- Braised lamb shoulder with herbs, smashed potatoes, and mustard spinach
